Olde Tyme Hardware offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $75.00 (except when an item specifically states that pricing does not including shipping costs). An added surcharge of $20.00 will be added to orders under $75.00 due to additional surcharges and fees from our supplies. Smaller shipments are generally sent via FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery. Expedited delivery may be available for an additional charge. Inspect your orders carefully!!

Orders shipped via FedEx or UPS: 
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If a product is damaged please notify Customer Service within five (5) days. You may do this through our toll-free number or through the e-mail address below. After five days we are not responsible for any damage.

Orders shipped via freight carrier:
When your order arrives it is extremely important that you inspect your shipment thoroughly before signing for the shipment. Notate any damage to the carton/pallet/crate on the freight bill. Once you sign for the shipment it is yours. Open the tub in the presence of the driver if at all possible. Notate any damage.

If you feel you should refuse a shipment, call 800/898-2140 and speak with Ted. If you decide to refuse/return a shipment you must call Customer Service for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval. You must report any damage to the freight company within 24 hours of delivery. Olde Tyme Hardare will NOT be responsible for any damages reported after 48 hours of delivery. We send specific instructions with invoices and via email when a shipment leaves our warehouse.
